At Kijimea Onlineshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
